Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Lead to lead our sales function, build and optimize sales funnels, manage CRM processes, and coach a team of sales reps to consistently hit and exceed targets. You will be responsible for both operational execution and strategic thinking, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting marketing-to-sales alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize sales funnels for different marketing channels, different verticals, and lead types, ensuring high conversion across the pipeline
- Master the Track360 platform to conduct high-quality demos and guide prospects through the product's value proposition
- Manage and operate the CRM system (HubSpot), including pipeline tracking, lead management, and report analysis
- Analyze funnel performance and conversion rates, identify drop-offs, and implement improvements using CRM data and insights
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, receive leads from multiple channels, and build dedicated funnel strategies per source
- Lead and mentor the sales team, conduct regular 1:1s, set KPIs, and provide training to improve individual and team performance
- Oversee the development and usage of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other media
- Act as a player-coach, taking ownership of strategic deals and supporting reps in closing complex opportunities
- 2+ years of sales (Preferably in B2B SaaS), with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role
- Fluent English – both spoken and written – is a must, as most clients are international and daily communication is in English
- Experience building and managing sales funnels and demo-based sales processes
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven pipeline management
- Highly organized, strategic, and results-driven

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- At least 1 year in a leadership or team management role
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Experience building and managing sales funnels
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
