The ideal candidate has a strong track record in consumer electronics, understands both the premium audio and wearable device markets, and can balance relationship-building with data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and secure new retail, digital, and B2B channel partners.
- Work closely with marketing to execute demand-generation programs and product campaigns.
- Provide market feedback to product and category teams to guide innovation and roadmap planning.
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and category growth for audio and wearable products.
- Deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts, managing performance against KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Channel & Account Management
- Manage and grow partnerships with national retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors
- Lead annual joint business planning, promotional calendars, and product launches with key accounts.
- Optimize assortment, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sell-through.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as the North American category lead for audio and wearables, working cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to partners and at industry events.
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of best-in-class sales processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, with a focus on audio, wearables, or related categories.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in North America.
- Strong relationships with key retail and e-commerce decision-makers.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
- Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.
Preferred
- Experience with both premium and mass-market product positioning.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, omnichannel retail models, and specialty lifestyle retailers.
- Passion for technology, sound, and innovation in wearable tech.
- A chance to shape the voice of one of the most exciting tech brands
- Fast-paced and creative environment with global reach
- A culture that values curiosity, creativity, and doing things differently
- A commitment to building a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplace for all

What We Do
Today, we’re left with just a few large incumbents. Lacking instinct and courage, they use research and analysis as crutches to make cold, unexciting and derivative products.
Consumers are bored, no longer inspired by technology and instead feel uneasy about big tech and its impact on people's lives and society.
Nothing is igniting change in the world.
We’re here to make tech fun again, unleash creativity, and inspire our community to shape the future with us.
