Position Overview: As a Sales Lead at RPM Healthcare, you will leverage your extensive network and expertise in the healthcare industry to spearhead our sales efforts throughout the entire U.S. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, leading high-stakes meetings, and navigating complex decision-making processes. Your role is crucial in fostering relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning RPM Healthcare’s solutions as the ideal choice for their remote patient monitoring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Networking: Utilize established contacts and networks within the healthcare industry to identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers. Attend industry conferences to build relationships, secure meetings, and expand your network.
  • Strategic Meetings: Lead and manage meetings with healthcare organizations at various stages of the sales process, including initial introductions, needs assessments, solution presentations, and contract negotiations.
