Sales Lead (Appointment Setting - Hybrid Ibadan Nigeria)

Role Overview:

We are building appointment setting division  and we are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to build and command this engine. You are not just a manager; you are the "Factory Architect" who turns raw talent into appointment-setting experts.

1. Extract the Playbook (The Science)You will not guess what works. You will partner with our Lead US Cold Callers (The Expert).

• You will listen to their live calls daily.
• You will analyze exactly why they booked the meeting.
• You will document their "Hooks," "Rebuttals," and "Gatekeeper Navigation" into a formal Training Manual (SOPs).

2. Lead Training: You will run our SDR training.

3. Manage Performance Once the team is live, you own the dashboard.

• The Metric: Your KPI is Qualified Meetings Held.
• The Discipline: If an SDR is making 100 dials but booking 0 meetings, you diagnose the problem (Tone? Pitch? Data?) and fix it immediately. 

• An Appointment Setting Specialist: You understand the mechanics of Outbound Sales (Cold Calling). You know the difference between a "Connect Rate" and a "Show Rate."
• A "Systems" Thinker: You don't rely on motivation. You rely on scripts, flowcharts, and rigorous processes.
• Ruthless on Standards: You have zero tolerance for bad audio quality, background noise, or excuse-making.
• Ibadan Based: You are physically located in Ibadan (or willing to relocate) to operate alongside our technical team.

• Experience with High-Volume Outbound Sales Team (BPO, Fintech, or Agency).
• Excellent written English (for documentation) and flawless spoken English (for coaching).
• Must have experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Dialers.
