We're looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our mobile sales knowledge platform that supports sellers on-the-go with training and quick-hit job aids. As an app maestro with content guru status, you'll orchestrate the symphony of our platform's performance, ensuring every user experience hits the right notes while prioritizing user engagement. Additionally, you’ll facilitate the reporting and analysis of the platform data and your product and project management skills will ensure all elements come together seamlessly.

DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, founded in 1984 and family-owned and run, has an immediate career opportunity for a product manager. This position will be responsible for coordinating the product roadmap, training content, materials, and processes, specifically for sellers and support agents.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct and manage the mobile knowledge tool’s day-to-day operations, delivering an exceptional end-user experience that ensures optimal performance, useability, and reliability.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs
  • Establish and maintain content production workflows, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Work closely with development team to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and drive timely delivery of product releases.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, including developing messaging and positioning collateral to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with trainers, content developer, and partners to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Oversee creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality content across various formats including articles, trainings, videos, graphics, and interactive elements.
  • Analyze app usage data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and new feature development.
  • Conduct regular content audits and performance assessments to measure effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with web conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and basic A/V setup and troubleshooting (projectors, TVs, audio systems, etc.).
  • Experience managing mobile applications, including an understanding of the app development lifecycle, app store guidelines, and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong product management skills with ownership of product strategy, enhancements, and overall product success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, current vehicle insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Must be available for occasional overnight travel.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Must be able to cover non-airfare travel expenses prior to reimbursement (processed weekly).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Background in business intelligence, business analysis, or data analytics.
  • Experience retrieving, analyzing, and interpreting raw data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and content creation.
  • Experience with cloud-based content management, file organization, and collaboration platforms.
