- Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and status updates
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Participate in meetings with the sales team and clients to observe and learn best practices.
- Help prepare sales reports, track metrics, and monitor sales performance.
- Engage with customers via email, phone, or in-person, assisting with inquiries and building relationships.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies and improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listenting skill,s Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
- Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
