Job Purpose:
The Sales Intern is a fast-track 6-month role designed for graduates from top-tier universities who have a strong, long-term orientation towards a career in Sales and Business Development.
This role serves a dual purpose: deeply learning product lines directly from our vendors, while actively assisting in market penetration and sales execution. Under the mentorship of senior managers, the intern will evolve from supporting key accounts and learning vendor dynamics to coordinating business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination & Product Learning
Participate in vendor meetings and training sessions to understand product features, basic specifications, and key selling points.
Assist in maintaining and strengthening daily relationships with channel partners and vendors.
Undergo training and complete certifications assigned to build strong product knowledge.
2. Sales Execution & Business Development Support
Coordinate daily sales activities, client meetings, and sales enablement events to ensure smooth business operations.
Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDM) and Account Managers to support key partners
Prepare presentation slides, reports, and related materials to clearly convey product value to vendors/ partners.
3. Operational & Sales Administration
Assist with back-end sales execution: Credit coordination, Order processing, and AR (Accounts Receivable) Collections.
Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (Candidate Profile):
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from top-tier universities (Foreign Languages or Business fields preferred).
Fresh graduates or candidates with a clear, long-term commitment to a B2B Sales / Account Management career.
Core Competencies:
Language: High proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and conversational) to effectively communicate with international vendors and local clients.
Agility & Willingness to Learn: Proactive, quick-witted, and. Show a strong willingness to learn new products, systems, and technologies quickly.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confident and comfortable initiating conversations with new people. Approachable, a good listener, and able to easily build rapport and positive working relationships with vendors and team members.
Resilience: Able to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a logical mindset. Comfortable working with basic data and numbers for sales reports, presentations, and quotations.
Professionalism & Integrity: Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential business information appropriately.
