Work closely with clients and the sales team; high-performing interns may be hired after the internship.

We are looking for a Sales Intern who will oversee customer relations and sales. Sales team plays a crucial role in our business model as they are the first point of contact of our customers. High performing candidates will be hired after the conclusion of the internship period. Our goal is to raise managers/executives of the future.

● Assist our clients to turn their boat holiday dreams into a reality.
● Prepare and monitor sales KPIs and report to the management.
● Recommend marketing strategies to facilitate sales.
● Offer solutions to customers, be the problem solver.
● Channel feedback from customers back to the product team to ensure customer-centric approach.

Gereksinimler
● Senior undergraduate or postgraduate students or new graduates from business administration, mass communications, sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
● Excellent command of the English language, additional language is a plus.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients.
● Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.
● Comfort with a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
