What is your job?

• Support our AI-driven outreach to prospects: Help craft and refine outbound campaigns, identify new potential leads, and manage first touchpoints in a highly automated and data-driven approach.

• Ensure inbound excellence: Make sure every prospective customer has a seamless, engaging experience from start to finish - answer prospects emails, call back prospects who wanted to book a demo but dropped off - you name it.

• Grow strategic partnerships: Together with our partnership-team, you identify new partners, reach out, introduce them to our platform, and demonstrate the value of joining forces with our company.

• Support RevOps priorities: Help us ensure stable sales processes, great data quality in our CRM, and much more

• Prepare for a possible full-time role: Learn as much as you can about our product - ensuring you have a flying start as a high velocity sales representative in our team (provided a strong performance during the internship)

Who are we looking for?

• You’re passionate about starting a career in Sales: You love connecting with people, digging into their needs, and figuring out how our product can bring them real value.

• German fluency/native proficiency is a must-have: Many of our prospects and partners are based in German-speaking markets, so stellar verbal and written German skills are essential.

• You communicate openly and to the point: Whether it's a sales pitch or a quick Slack message, you know how to get your point across clearly.

• You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter: You enjoy taking the initiative, thrive in a hands-on environment, and have a track record of owning your projects.

• You’re passionate about the future of work: You want to go beyond talking about it and actively shape it through new ideas and technology.

• You’re sharp, analytical, and highly reliable: You quickly grasp complex topics, think critically, and apply structured problem-solving to your work.
