As a Sales Analyst you will be a trusted adviser and partner to sales organisation as well as an invaluable resource to the CoE (Centre of Excellence). You will manage multiple projects at once, often with stakeholders in various business units and geographies, support strategy and territory design for the Western Europe region. You will also support the sales organisation and finance on incentive projects, commission plans, and payout calculations. You will administer, improve, and optimize incentive systems, management and processes.
For this role, you can be located anywhere in Czech Republic and work remotely from home. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Czech Republic.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Administering and managing day to day operations of our Region’s compensation plan, ensuring payments are accurate and timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions.
- Analysing sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement; preparing and delivering business analyses and reports to your sales organization & providing regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to track incentives performances.
- Partnering with Sales Operations, Finance and Payroll teams to accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.
- Providing guidance and support to the sales organization on sales incentive-related inquiries, policies, and processes.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in commission calculations and payments.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales incentive process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proactively identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements, documenting procedures and training documentation to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales incentive design, sales compensation, or sales analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Knowledge of sales incentive plans or compensation policies, experience with SAP/Business Intelligence tools (Tableau and Power BI) and any additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, would be considered an advantage.
