- Lead Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC):
Design, implement, and manage SIC programs across the International region. Ensure fairness, alignment with strategy, operational rigor, and timely payouts while continuously analyzing effectiveness and driving improvements. - Drive Sales Force Effectiveness:
Use analytics to evaluate SIC impact, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven adjustments that enhance motivation, performance, and ROI. - Strategic Territory Management:
Guide the Zones in designing and optimizing territory plans and commercial resource allocation to drive focus, equity, and coverage where it matters most. - Harmonize Commercial Processes Across Zones:
Serve as the central point of coordination for aligning SIC, territory strategy, and key initiatives across all International Zones ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment to corporate priorities. - Lead High-impact Strategic Projects:
Deliver cross-functional projects that simplify commercial operations and unlock growth. Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure scalable execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Solid experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Commercial Excellence, or Incentive Design in a large matrixed organization.
- Good understanding of Sales Incentive Compensation design, analytics, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-country, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across global and regional leadership teams.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
