JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales and Implementation Engineer to drive adoption and implement the VERO platform across prominent residential owner/operator portfolios. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise, working closely with clients to understand their operational needs, showcasing the technical merits of our solutions, and ensuring successful integration and utilization of our technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize and execute sales plans targeting major residential owner/operators to promote the VERO platform.
  • Support the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client needs analysis to technical needs for deal closing.
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments to design and propose solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical capabilities of the VERO platform to key stakeholders, customizing demonstrations to highlight functionality relevant to client needs.
  • Lead the solution engineering efforts, including system customization and configuration, to meet client demands.
  • Collaborate with the implementations and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and rock-solid documentation to ensure the future success of implemented clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitive products to enhance client proposals and inform product enhancements.
  • Partner with the R&D team to provide client feedback and needs to help inform our ongoing iterative platform roadmap.
