The Sales & Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organisation to provide sales and customer care support through a series of activities directly linked to the retention and development of existing and potential customers.
This position reports to the Sales & Implementation Coordinator Team Lead and is part of the Sales & Implementation Team located in Crawley and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work closely with Medical Sales Specialists (MSS) to maintain, develop and grow Radiometer’s business.
Manage and coordinate implementation projects for implementations, across all product lines in collaboration with other teams.
Scheduling appointments for sales, implementations, and training.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Account management / Customer service experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to focus on multiple projects working to deadlines
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Account management/ customer service experience
Online communication platforms (MS Teams)
Knowledge in Microsoft CRM is an advantage
