SALES ID - Short Video Editing

Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete the editing, music, subtitle processing and special effects production of short video materials.

2. Collaborate with the financial content operation to complete the video content on time and efficiently according to the strategy and goals, ensuring the quantity and quality of the video data.

3. Participate in short video creation activities and develop plans for post-production editing.

4. Conduct content material sorting and collection, analyze the editing logic of viral videos, and continuously optimize the video editing quality and creativity.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience in short video and image production, proficient in various professional image and video editing software.

2. Have experience in general finance and stock investment and be sensitive to various financial hotspots.

3. Have ideas, imagination, keep up with hot topics, have aesthetic and creative taste in video editing, and can produce according to different content styles.

4. Have an intense sense of teamwork, understand and implement the creative needs of the content operation.

KPI Requirement: Reaching 300,000 followers with 2,000 deposit trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 2-month salary as year-end bonus; if reaching 500,000 followers with 3,000 depositing trading users and an average deposit of 1000 USD, reward 6-month salary as year-end bonus.

Probation requirements:

1. The account matrix has been built, and the content form that users like has been verified, and the number of fans has reached 10w+.

2. The average vv of videos is above the average level of financial content, and the number of viral videos is not less than 2 per month.

3. The number of FTD users reached 600+, with an average deposit of 1000usd.
