Inbox Business Technologies Limited is seeking a highly accomplished and market-driven Sales Head – North to lead enterprise sales operations across the North Region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, achieving multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets, strengthening executive-level customer relationships, and expanding Inbox's footprint across Government, Enterprise, Financial Services, Telecom, and Commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in Enterprise ICT sales, extensive experience managing large accounts and strategic opportunities, and deep knowledge of enterprise technology solutions including Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage, Digital Transformation, and Huawei Enterprise solutions.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Leadership

• Lead and execute the North Region enterprise sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth through structured account planning, pipeline development, and market expansion initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong market positioning across Government, Enterprise, Financial Services, Telecom, and Commercial sectors.

• Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability targets.

Enterprise Account Management

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts across the North Region.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding wallet share within existing accounts.

• Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity governance.

Enterprise Technology Solutions

• Lead complex sales engagements involving enterprise technology solutions including:

  • Enterprise Networking Solutions
  • Data Center Infrastructure
  • Storage Solutions
  • Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Solutions
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Digital Transformation Services
  • Managed Services

• Collaborate closely with Presales, Technical, Delivery, and OEM teams to develop winning solutions and commercial proposals.

• Position Huawei Enterprise Business Group (EBG) solutions alongside other strategic technology offerings to address customer business challenges.

Revenue & Performance Management

• Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract closure and account growth.

• Lead commercial negotiations, bid strategies, and contract finalization for high-value engagements.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting against business targets.

• Drive sales governance, performance management, and operational excellence across the region.

Market Development & Industry Presence

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.

• Strengthen Inbox's brand visibility and market influence within the enterprise ICT ecosystem.

• Represent Inbox at industry forums, conferences, customer events, and executive engagements.

• Develop strategic partnerships with customers, OEMs, and channel partners to accelerate business growth.


Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise ICT, Technology Solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Infrastructure, or System Integration Sales.

• Proven enterprise sales leadership experience within the North Region (Islamabad / Rawalpindi).

• Strong hands-on experience selling enterprise technology solutions, including Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Networking, Storage, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales targets and winning large enterprise and government accounts over the last 3–5 years.

• Strong relationships across Government, Enterprise, Commercial, Financial Services, Telecom, and Public Sector organizations within the North Region.

• Experience working with leading OEMs such as Huawei, HPE, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, VMware, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise technology vendors.

• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to engage CXOs, lead strategic discussions, manage complex negotiations, and close high-value opportunities.

• Strong forecasting discipline, pipeline management, account planning, and sales governance experience.

• Strategic, structured, and highly result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.


Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer business outcomes.

• Strong reputation and network within the North Region ICT and enterprise market.

• Proven experience managing large government, public sector, telecom, banking, and enterprise accounts.

• Experience working within high-performance, target-driven enterprise technology organizations.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, Delivery, Technical, Commercial, and Partner Management functions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, tenders, and strategic account management.

• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through both direct sales and partner/channel ecosystems.
