Job Description
We are a market research company operating in the luxury-premium industry seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding new people interested in evaluating customer experience through luxury store visits. Our clients mainly belong to fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, automotive industries. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who will provide you with training and support to help you excel in this position.
Please note that this is a freelance position, and as such, you will be engaged as a freelancer, and not as an employee of the company. This freelance opportunity offers great flexibility and can easily complement a full-time position.
The compensation is commissions-based, so you will receive a fee only for the candidates that you will find and that perform at least one store visit with us.

FACE2FACE: FACE2FACE specializes in luxury retail training, coaching, and consulting. It aims to maximize and empower front-line teams and help them master the art of selling luxury.
As the needs of our clients evolved, however, and the needs of our business developed, we recognized that this approach was not as effective as it once had been. We recognized something needed to change. And so CXG was born.
