We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a 6+ month contract. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional GTM (Sales, Marketing, Acct Mgrs, etc.) candidates across various teams and regions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving talent acquisition initiatives. 


The role is based in Toronto and is hybrid 3 days a week in the office.

What you'll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly diverse and talented pipeline
  • Be your candidates' advocate throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and close
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.

Who you are:

  • 4 - 7 years full cycle recruiting experience in SaaS/Tech companies 
  • A track record of hiring best-in-class candidates
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
  • You thrive at building collaborative relationships 
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
  • Proficient with modern recruiting tools - we use Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
