About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative LATAM with proven experience selling Oracle NetSuite and other technology solutions. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
As part of our commercial team, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by connecting organizations with innovative technology and business solutions that drive growth and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across target industries.
- Prospect and engage decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Promote and sell Oracle NetSuite solutions, along with other technology and consulting services.
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure successful handoff after closing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, ERP technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and competitor activity.

What You Bring
- Proven experience selling Oracle NetSuite solutions is required.
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, cloud, or other technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
