Join Sandoz Switzerland as a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Training Manager!
As the SFE & Training Manager, you are responsible for optimizing customer facing teams’ performance and driving growth. This role involves managing sales incentive programs and ensuring territory structure, customer segmentation and interaction plans align with business strategy. You will also analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activation strategies with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Drive the implementation and communication of Field Force incentives and targets in a harmonized manner, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness.

In conjunction with Business Unit heads, design the selling strategy and targeting approach incl. resource allocation, reach & frequency

Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Force teams, addressing their needs, concerns, and providing support to enhance their performance.

Develop and implement onboarding processes for new local associates, including training on necessary systems and tools.

Monitor effectiveness of the field force e.g. conducting return on investment on strategic initiatives, health check of incentives, SFE KPI monitoring of reach & frequency, monthly report for local leadership team on key KPIs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness within Field Force operations.

Lead local roll-out of the regional training curriculum for customer facing teams in sales, marketing, medical and market access, ensuring close alignment with current business strategy

Act as the key liaison between Regional colleagues to support local adoption of harmonised processes including, harmonised KPI definitions for SFE and Market Shares, providing local business context for projects involving field design, resource allocations etc. and contributing to Regional initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

University degree in business administration or comparable studies
-
5 years of experience Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, preferably in pharmaceuticals

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently perform analyses across financial, market and activity data in Excel to extract relevant insight for the business

A willingness to do “doer-tasks”, as well as high-level strategic tasks, necessary to support and help the business

A collaborative nature and good ability to work in teams with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and German
Desirable Requirements:

Proficiency in French

Knowledge of QlikCloud (or other data visualization tools)
