The Role

Buscamos un Coordinador de efectividad de la Fuerza de Ventas (SFE) para impulsar la productividad del equipo comercial mediante el análisis de datos, optimización de procesos, monitoreo de indicadores clave y soporte en la gestión de incentivos. Este rol es clave para integrar datos, ventas e inteligencia de negocio, maximizando el desempeño comercial.

Stakeholders principales: Dirección de Negocio (BUDs), Ventas, Marketing, Operaciones Comerciales, Tecnología/IT.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitorear KPIs de ventas, desempeño de territorios y métricas de efectividad para mejorar la toma de decisiones del equipo comercial.
  • Analizar tendencias de cumplimiento de cuota, rotación de clientes y productividad, proporcionando insights accionables.
  • Gestionar herramientas de análisis y reporting (Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Power BI) para optimizar la disponibilidad de información.
  • Calcular y validar incentivos y bonos de ventas, asegurando precisión en los pagos y alineación con los objetivos comerciales.
  • Brindar capacitación a la fuerza de ventas en plataformas y herramientas digitales, mejorando la eficiencia operativa.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas internas y apoyar la implementación de estrategias de segmentación, targeting, optimización de territorios, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Análisis de Datos o áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento sólido en seguimiento de desempeño de ventas, KPIs y gestión de incentivos.
  • Experiencia en herramientas CRM (Veeva, Salesforce) y plataformas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Manejo de idioma ingles intermedio/ avanzado
  • Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración interfuncional.
  • Conocimiento del sector farmacéutico y estrategias de ventas omnicanal (deseable).
