Are you a fit?
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Finance Analyst to support our Revenue Operations organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Delivery, Sales, and Finance leadership, providing insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise with advanced data analysis skills, leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams to forecast revenue, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs, and reporting, manipulating large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze pipeline data, bookings, utilization, and pricing to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including variance analysis and executive reporting.
  • Build financial models to evaluate sales strategies, deal structures, and investment opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and automation.

Must-have Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Business Operations within Professional Services or SaaS.
  • Proven expertise with business intelligence tools: SQL (writing queries, joining datasets, building views), Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. experience with data modeling is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics (bookings, pipeline, utilization, margin, win rates, NRR)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
