Sales Expert Representative
About the role
This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring that Haleon meets the objective of building brand equity amongst the HCPs and relevant associations. You will be increasing recommendations and endorsement of our products and planning, organizing and executing programs to enhance the understanding of internal and external stakeholders on Haleon products, while at the same time achieve expert recommendation objectives.
Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering the sell-in, sell-out, and in store targets (distribution, visibility, etc) in the Tel Aviv area
• Achieve targets of share of assigned HCP’s recommendation (e.g., BRMO), market shares, and samples’ forecasting and delivery
• Support the new launches of Haleon by actively taking part in the awareness campaigns and education of relevant HCPs (dentists, pharmacists)
• Drive the execution of all in-store initiatives to maximize availability and visibility, such as agreeing on new category management layouts, increasing the MSL and distribution, strengthening the visibility placements that all go towards driving sell-out and market shares
• Drive increased internal scientific capability through rigorous training of the sales teams
• Ensure execution of targets in the Tel-Aviv area is through using Haleon’s tech platforms
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCP associations, KOLs, health funds and private clinics
• Ensure educational materials and product samples are effectively managed, utilized, and accounted for
• Monitor the competitive landscape
• Manage/Support and participate in the planned major congresses/events
Role requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience within a similar position (sales and/or customer advocacy)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fluency in Hebrew, communicative level of English preferably
• Passionate about the science of our products
• Ability to work independently
• Track record of working within cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
