Job Description

Continental Cars BMW and Wellington MINI Garage are on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who lives and breathes premium automotive to join our sales team. If you thrive on chasing opportunities, building lasting relationships, and turning interest into excitement, then this is your chance to represent two of the world’s most iconic brands.

This isn’t a passive sales role. You’ll be at the frontline, actively prospecting, engaging, and converting customers across new and pre-owned vehicles, while maximising every opportunity to deliver tailored finance, insurance, accessories, and ownership solutions. Every interaction is your stage to create a memorable, premium customer experiences that reflect the spirit of BMW and the bold personality of MINI.

What you’ll own:

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Confidently prospect, generate leads, and build a strong customer pipeline

  • Engage customers, uncover their needs, and build genuine relationships for now and for the future

  • Present compelling vehicle solutions, negotiate, and secure the deal

  • Deliver premium stress-free experiences from first enquiry to handover and beyond

  • Proactively manage CRM activity, follow-ups, and customer engagement with precision

  • Represent the brand by bringing energy, passion, and professionalism to every interaction

Work Shift:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm, plus every second Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm.
