Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manpower, outsourcing, overseas
recruitment (Blue & White collar) or facility management sector.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, particularly the central & eastern region.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and pricing engines (Dynamics knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, influencers, and market contacts.
• Awareness of current and upcoming mega-projects and labor demand trends in the region.
Skills Required
