The company supplies specialized materials and components used by leading global apparel, footwear and protective-wear brands, and is investing further to grow its business in Thailand. We are looking to hire a:
Sales Executive
(Based in Samut Sakhon, Bangkok, Thailand)
ORGANIZATION:
This position will be part of the Thailand commercial team and will be responsible for managing and growing business in Thailand. The Sales Executive will drive sales growth, maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure excellent service delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Analyze markets and existing customers to identify gaps, growth pockets and priority segments in apparel, footwear and technical/industrial materials
- Develop strong relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders at customer sites; present solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate within agreed margin guidelines
- Monitor customer business and payment performance to support sustainable long-term partnerships.
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking new business opportunities and ensuring sales pipelines remain on target.
- Identify customer or operational issues and work closely with the Sales Manager to implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, supply chain and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, smooth order fulfilment and high service levels.
- Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business planning and growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records, prepare forecasts, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management through CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Background in textiles, trims, industrial components, packaging, technical fabrics or other manufacturing-to-manufacturing businesses is an advantage; other B2B industries considered if learning mindset is strong.
- Network with clients and vendors in fashion apparel industry in Thailand is nice to have.
- Strategic, commercially curious mindset – able to use data and customer insight to prioritise, not just manage day-to-day orders.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions; able to build trust with both local and regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
