We are looking for experienced, passionate, and motivated Arabic-speaking individuals to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.
Your responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers
• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results
• Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
• Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team
Skill sets/Experience we require:
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); additional languages such as French or Swahili are an advantage.
Proven experience in international sales, preferably in automotive or vehicle export sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Sound understanding of export procedures, shipping processes, and international trade documentation.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Pedigree:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
