Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures.
Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure.
Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements.
Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities.
Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers.
Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities.
Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports.
Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database).
Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

2–3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Highly self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Effective time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Practical experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry is required.
