About the role

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and solidify our market presence.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous skill development
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities
  • Regularly present detailed reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales objectives
  • Manage the sales budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals, maximizing profits while maintaining compliance and trust
  • Identify emerging markets and actively pursue new sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful ERP sales experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and anticipate market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentation
