· Implement channel sales strategies, achieve sales targets and channel penetration, identify business opportunities to fulfill or exceed target.
· Maintain and manage existing customers, ensure good customer relationships, discover and develop new customers, and work closely with wholesalers to expand market coverage.
· Identify growth opportunities through customer insight analysis, responsible for own area’s sales forecasts and budgets.
· Work closely with trade marketing team to design and execute efficient promotion activities, to recruit, convert and cultivate young and potential consumers, provide timely feedback about activity implementation.
· Ensure effective cross-functional communication with trade-marketing, finance and other teams to ensure in-depth understanding and high-quality implementation of company policies.
· Supervise team execution in WS & outlets management to ensure compliance with standards, oversee the effectiveness of daily sales operations.
