Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors, driving the sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide input and feedback on improving the inside sales processes and customer experience to ensure long-term success.

  • Identificar e priorizar oportunidades em mercados estratégicos (alimentos, bebidas, higiene, limpeza, entre outros).
  • Desenvolver um pipeline robusto, baseado em dados e disciplina de execução, utilizando o Salesforce para organizar e monitorar o funil de vendas.
Negociação e Desenvolvimento de Negócios
  • Apresentar soluções aderentes aos desafios dos clientes, com foco em sustentabilidade, eficiência operacional e redução de custos.
  • Conduzir negociações de contratos e condições comerciais em níveis estratégicos, garantindo rentabilidade e atingimento das metas estabelecidas.
Gestão do Pipeline de Vendas
  • Atualizar e reportar continuamente o progresso no Salesforce, com informações detalhadas sobre cada oportunidade e previsões claras.
  • Manter rigor e consistência na execução das atividades comerciais, impulsionando o avanço das etapas do funil.
Colaboração Multifuncional
  • Atuar em sinergia com equipes internas (operações, finanças, marketing) para assegurar entregas excepcionais aos clientes.
  • Contribuir com insights de mercado e tendências, apoiando a inovação e a exploração de novas oportunidades de crescimento.
Resultados e Impacto
  • Cumprir e superar metas de aquisição de clientes, receita e volume de pallets.
  • Ser referência em excelência comercial e embaixador da CHEP no mercado, fortalecendo a presença da empresa como parceira estratégica para grandes clientes.
RequisitosFormação
  • Ensino Superior completo.
  • MBA ou Pós-Graduação (desejável).
Experiência
  • Mínimo de 5 anos em vendas B2B ou áreas correlatas, com forte foco em execução e resultados.
  • Experiência sólida em vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de negócios, preferencialmente com grandes empresas e contas estratégicas.
  • Histórico comprovado em negociações complexas e gestão disciplinada do pipeline de vendas.
  • Vivência com Salesforce ou ferramentas similares de gestão comercial.
Habilidades e Conhecimentos
  • Excelente comunicação, capacidade analítica e habilidade para construir relacionamentos de longo prazo.
  • Orientação estratégica, foco em execução e forte capacidade de influência.
Idiomas
  • Português fluente.
  • Inglês e/ou Espanhol intermediário (essencial).
  • Inglês avançado (desejável).
