The RoleWe’re seeking a Sales Executive (SE) to drive revenue growth across Nysonian’s brands. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You’ll collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to deliver solutions that address client needs while fueling company growth.
What You’ll DoIdentify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities
Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (certifications a plus)
3–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C highly desirable)
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of exceeding targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident with all client levels
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs
Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
