As one of our Sales Executive, you will assist the Travel Retail Director to accomplish sales goals and objectives for the territory..

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

  • Works on a range of advanced data analysis and BI activities, such as reporting and analysis of business data and the creation of dashboards to support analysis (sales, boutiques, fer de lance doors MOS, retailer trends, among others). Consolidate feedback from regional dashboards while collaborating with the IT department on local initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze annual forecasts of campaign products and promotional materials for clients in TR department, providing detailed analysis of campaign performance by client and overall.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all airports in the region, such as and not limited to passenger spending and sales performance relative to traffic.
  • Define optimal assortment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each location.
  • Design and implement a tracking system with predefined criteria for the dispatch and efficient use of testers across the region.
  • Monitor that the pricing strategy of the retailers along the region is aligned with local market conditions measuring the impact of price changes on sales volume.
  • Analyze and input orders in the system, in relation with Brand Managers and clients and prepare suggested orders of new campaigns and regular products for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department on the PLV (point of sale display) strategy and allocation, considering the unique aspects of each location.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in data analysis and BI to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage the calculation, payment, and follow-up of commissions, launches, and reimbursements.
  • Develop and implement a seasonal sales incentive program for the whole Americas, monitoring what the competition is doing at POS, and considering the specificities of each location.
  • Follow up of the training of Beauty Advisors, Make-Up Artists and general staff, as well as the allowances and uniforms tracking.
  • Coordinate the necessary promoters for events, coverage among others in alignment with the Sales Executives/Sales Area Manager of the location, according to the marketing calendar

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Business, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience ideally for regional distribution companies, covering relevant topics such as market research and competitive and data analysis.
  • Critical enabler for the organization to optimize performance, drive sales growth, and ensure that its strategies are aligned with both market trends and consumer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with large data sets.
  • Must be fluent both in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting platforms. **Assessment will be applied during the recruitment process to validate knowledge with these tools**
  • Initiative to identify process gaps and propose solutions that drive efficiency.
  • A continuous improvement mentality, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and results.
  • Problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
