About Blue Bridge Technologies

Blue Bridge Technologies is an IT company focused on software development for both Public and Private Sectors of Healthcare and Health Insurance. The core component of BBT products is a distributed, easy-to-integrate platform for automation of business processes. Main development center is located in Riga, Latvia.

Role: Healthcare Software Sales Executive

What you will do
  • Developing, implementing and pursuing a sales strategy to expand business with new and existing customers in the healthcare industry, both in SMB and enterprise segments

  • Direct involvement in sales processes for existing key accounts

  • Close cooperation with Marketing team to ensure efficient lead acquisition and lead qualification process

  • Close cooperation with Product and Professional Services teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities for new and existing customers

  • Complying with good practices around deal management and lead qualification

  • Ensure data about clients and deals is properly recorded in CRM (HubSpot) to enable data-driven decision making and efficiency improvements

What we are looking for

•  Experience in sales of software to B2B clients

•  Knowledge or at least strong interest in the Latvian healthcare industry

•  Understanding the importance of processes and data in sales

•  Very high ethical standards

•  Availability to work from the office in Riga

•  Highest proficiency in Latvian and fluency in English
