Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding The Luxurist’s network of travel agencies. You’ll be responsible for acquiring and activating new clients through a blend of digital outreach, personalized communication, and strategic follow-ups. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and the success of our luxury travel partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition and activation of new travel agencies through digital campaigns, phone/video calls, and webinars.
  • Manage and convert a high volume of e-registration leads using Salesforce.
  • Conduct weekly client interactions to train and onboard new users on The Luxurist platform.
  • Support clients in becoming proficient with our systems and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce (calls, tasks, opportunities).
  • Collaborate with the Customer Automation & Experience team to enhance digital campaigns and improve lead-to-booking conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly performance trends to meet commercial targets.

Your Skillset and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client activation—ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
