We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach methods, including cold calling, on-site client visits, and participation in networking events.
• Work together with the Account Manager to offer tailored insurance solutions to meet client objectives.
• Together with the Account Manager, lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Stay updated on the company’s product and service offerings, effectively communicating their value to potential and existing clients.

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in a sales or commercial role, preferably within insurance or banking.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
