Description:
New Engen is seeking a results driven Sales Executive with a hunter mentality and expertise in the digital marketing agency sector. This individual will be responsible for building, managing and executing a robust sales pipeline, closing high value deals, and fostering long term partnerships. As a strategic contributor, you will leverage your domain knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance of interpersonal communication skills, business development acumen and operational proficiency. Responsibilities:

Deal Execution:

  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and closing
  • Ensure timely and successful execution of deals that meet both client and company objectives

Quota Attainment:

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Strategic Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within our partner network
  • Drive strategic engagement that fosters long term partnerships and increases customer loyalty

Domain Expertise:

  • Leverage in depth knowledge of digital marketing to create and offer solutions that solve client challenges and capitalize on market opportunities

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, strategy, media, analytics, and creative to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Competitive Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to strategically position our offerings and maintain a competitive edge

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, securing favorable terms that lead to win win outcomes for both the company and the customer.

Hunter Mentality:

  • Approach challenges with a fearless, results oriented mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities to drive business growth and meet ambitious sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in complex B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on the digital marketing agency sector
  • Proven Track Record: A history of consistent quota overachievement and closing high value, complex deals
  • Sales Methodology: Expertise in value based selling methodology, translating technical solutions into business outcomes for clients
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to navigate its unique challenges
  • Mindset: Fearless, results oriented, and always striving to learn and improve. A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and securing new business.Entrepreneurial mind and takes pride in their contributions. Strong self-starter and very proactive. Incredibly well-organized and detail oriented, with a commitment to excellence Problem solver and can think creatively about challenges 
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross functional environment. Must be open to others’ ideas
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build long term, strategic partnerships
  • Communication Skills: Exceptionally strong communications skills, both written and oral with an ability to to quickly earn trust and develop rapport with new people
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary Range: $100,000 base + On Target Earnings (up to 100k commission) 
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
