Sales Executive

We have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team at Volkswagen Passenger Cars Poole.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey and helping them find the perfect Volkswagen to suit their needs. You will build strong relationships, generate sales opportunities and work towards achieving both individual and team targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products.

• Managing enquiries, appointments, vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Maximising sales opportunities through finance, insurance and additional products.

• Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely follow-up of all leads.

What you will need to be a Sales Executive at Volkswagen Passenger Cars Poole:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

• A confident, motivated and target-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A full UK driving licence.

Hours of work will be: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with every 3rd Sunday worked. With a fixed day off during the week
