Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

We have led and closed over $1.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, Arsenal Football Club, Mercedes F1 and many more.

We aim to optimize revenues for our clients while allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sales team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking to hire a Sales Executive:

  • In this role you will support a team of salespeople in securing high profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
  • You will be required to pro-actively prospect potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions
  • We do not require applicants to have sponsorship sales experience, but we'd love it if you brought with you some sales know-how or are used to building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience are preferred but not required for the role and a baseline knowledge of the sponsorship, sports and/or marketing/media industries are important.
  • We're looking for high levels of influence and persuasion, and some experience in negotiation.
  • Experience working within a team setting and balancing multiple clients/projects at once is crucial for the role.
  • We're keen on good levels of emotional intelligence and a passion for sport!

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Working across multiple global sponsorship sales processes, assisting the sales leads in furthering our processes and growing our pipeline of prospective sponsors.
  • Prospecting potential sponsors to gain further meetings.
  • Working closely with our research and insights team, using their insights to tailor interactions to specific brands.
  • Collaborating with our operations and creative teams to ensure various client needs are being serviced based on direction from sales leads.
  • Developing client or brand specific insights to help shape sales materials and meeting decks.
  • Joining other members of the sales team to host potential brands at events and client sites.
  • Build and foster relationships with both rights holder and brand stakeholders and assisting the sales manager and sales leads in meetings and presentations.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $65,000-$75,000 (+ Commission)

Skills Required

  • Sales know-how and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Baseline knowledge of the sponsorship, sports, and/or marketing/media industries
  • High levels of influence and persuasion and some negotiation experience
  • Experience working in a team and balancing multiple clients/projects
  • Good emotional intelligence and passion for sport
  • Proactive prospecting skills to generate meetings and grow pipeline
  • Willingness to host brands at events and visit client sites (travel as needed)
