As an Early Career Executive Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the day-to-day commercial success of the business. This position is ideal for motivated individuals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic, multi-brand fashion environment.
You will work closely with sales and management teams to uphold luxury brand standards, drive cross-channel sales, and ensure every client feels welcomed and valued. Your attention to detail, client-focused mindset, and proactive attitude will directly contribute to store performance across our physical and digital storefronts.
Keep product displays pristine, organized, and aligned with brand standards to enhance visual appeal and support sales.
Maintain an immaculate, welcoming, and well-organized showroom environment that encourages clients engagement.
Help execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities as directed by management.
Accurately track and record sales and inventory data to support operational efficiency.
Deliver personalized, friendly, and knowledgeable service, including styling advice, while escalating complex issues when needed.
Handle daily cash transactions and banking procedures in full compliance with company financial policies.

Skills Required
