Genera Pacific PTE Ltd is an established Fumigation and Pest Control Company based in the Central and Western Division is part of a wider group of companies owned by Neptune Pacific Direct Line, a sister company of Fiji Water.
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Executive West who will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Pest Control, Fumigation and Cleaning services on behalf of Genera Pacific Pte Ltd. The role will be reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Job Description- Meet existing clients to ensure all services rendered as per customer expectations
- Liaise with clients to discuss and listen to issues and recommend workable solutions
- Meet regularly with existing clients on a regular manner through phone calls and site visits
- Ensure all tender submissions are done in a timely manner as per the tender scope
- Follow up on tender submissions and ensure no tender opportunity is missed out
- Maintain customer relationship management
- Conduct market research to target potential clients and bring in more new business
- Network with other W&G, NPT, TFL sales team to look for new business prospects
- Engaging customer cold calls
- Generate more day-to-day revenue through one-off jobs
- Gather market intelligence and keep close to what the competitor is doing
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports / analysis to the National Sales Manager
- Co-ordinating one-off’s effectively with Ops Supervisor ensuring jobs are executed in a timely manner
- Increasing the business portfolio giving the company healthy profits
- Target corporate clients, and other businesses
- More focus on bringing in cleaning business to grow the business
- Participate with management in compiling sales strategic plans.
- Any other work as advised by immediate supervisor
- Diploma in Business Marketing or related discipline
- 2 or more years sales experience preferably in the pest control industry
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills to successfully deliver on competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and work ethics; strong attention to detail
- Pro-active team player, ability to work in fast-paced team
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities
- Highly skilled with technology and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft suite
