Schedule Details:

Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week - VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

  • Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs (VIP) by phone to reduce the cancellation rate.
  • Stamp all planners when you turn the tables.
  • Accountable for meeting acceptable tour-to-sale ratio (VPG).
  • Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.
  • Make the required presentation to every guest that is turned to you.
  • Identity and resolve quality assurance issues.

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Consistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

 

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership.
  • Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
