The VIP Sales Executive plays a key role in welcoming future vacation owners by presenting the Company’s Vacation Introductory Program. You will lead guests through a polished, professional sales presentation and conduct exit surveys for those who do not purchase during their scheduled tour—always ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Educate and sell the VIP program/package to generate maximum sales in vacation ownership
  • Survey toured guests about their thoughts and opinions with regard to our product and presentations to validate a positive sales experience
  • Ensure customer happiness by following through with all sales by phone conversation to reduce the cancellation rate
  • Efficiently sell VIP packages at the required production of 13.5%
  • Complete the agreements in accordance with all rules and regulations
  • Conduct a positive and insightful presentation to every guest that is referred to you
Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record with the ability to accept coaching and direct feedback
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and resolve complex customer service issues.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 6 months + of VIP package experience with a branded company
  • 2-3 years of related experience
