As the VIP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: 

  • Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests

  • Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules

  • Make required presentations to guests

  • Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations

  • Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role

  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues

  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Degree/GED or higher

  • 5+ years of customer service experience

  • 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license, or ability to obtain one

  • Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred
