About the role

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the US / North America banking and financial services market to help expand the FintechOS mission.

In this role, you will work closely with financial institutions to help them innovate, transform, and scale, by positioning FintechOS’s technology as a key enabler for digital transformation and customer-centric experiences. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role focused on driving new business across the US market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business acquisition and contribute to the execution of the local go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders (including senior decision-makers)
  • Articulate the value proposition of FintechOS to potential clients
  • Manage and progress sales opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Build relationships with new customers and identify revenue opportunities across your territory
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support the development of proposals and RFP responses
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven team culture

What you have

  • Experience in a Sales Executive / Account Executive / Business Development role
  • Experience selling into US banks, financial institutions, or fintechs
  • Solid understanding of the banking and financial services landscape
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
  • Ability to sell in a consultative way, understanding customer needs and aligning solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, preferably in digital transformation or fintech
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
