Position Sales Executive
Line Manager: ASM
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Role Purpose:
Manage and grow HoReCa accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, cloud kitchens).
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets in assigned territory.
Strengthen customer relationships and expand product penetration
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality clients.
Sales Growth: Drive product listings, menu placements, and promotional initiatives.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities and onboard potential HoReCa customers.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits, reviews, and product presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and account reconciliation.
Reporting: Prepare forecasts, account plans, and monthly business reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
Experience: 2–5 years in HoReCa sales, key account management, or food service channel sales.
Skills:
Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional food service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
