As a Spanish Action Line Sales Executive, you will present and promote HGV's world-class vacation ownership programs to pre-qualified guests and potential owners. Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests and engage with them to understand their travel interests, lifestyle, and vacation goals
  • Deliver high-quality presentations of HGV ownership products in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner
  • Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking guests, providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Build rapport and establish trust with a diverse customer base
  • Provide timely follow-up and ongoing communication to ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
  • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations' proven sales techniques and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture rooted in HGV's core values
  • Attend weekly sales training to support continuous improvement
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of achieving performance goals
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required
  • Active Nevada Timeshare License or Nevada Real Estate License
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and negotiate with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking guests
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed compensation plan goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
