Intapp is seeking a Managing Director who has the situational awareness to call on IT, Finance, Risk and Business Development leaders in the Legal space. The Managing Director (MD) will be a sales leader representing Intapp in the Mid-Market region. Within the designated territory, the Managing Director will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships. This includes proactively introducing additional Intapp products, aligning new solutions with client needs, and maximizing the value of their current investments.  The MD will have familiarity and a solid degree of market

The MD will be a trusted advisor to the market, helping ensure prospects know about our company and the products and services offered.  Additionally, the MD will work with customers to achieve success with their implementation and achieve the value expectations they have of the respective solution.  They will represent Intapp in the market and will serve as the voice of the company in the defined geographic territory and at company sponsored events. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business by developing leads, following up and arranging introductions, and growing the existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, an existing network of contacts in the defined territory, and prior experience in either legal, consulting or other professional services organization.  
Responsibilities:

·       Engage and build relationships with all existing customers in the defined territory

·       Heavy emphasis on building pipeline, and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders

·       Educate them about Intapp products and solutions and raise awareness

·       Identify and develop a pipeline of open opportunities in the defined territory using the Intapp Sales Methodology

·       Maintain and/or accelerate the target sales motion by using processes and tools of the Intapp Sales Methodology at the appropriate cadence

·       Meet and exceed sales goals – both for new sales and add-on sales and upgrades

·       Participate in Marketing efforts (such as press releases, case studies, and serving as speakers at events), strategic marketing programs (such as the Risk consortium) and Market research programs (such as the Sharepoint Consortium)

·       Participate in reference and retention programs (such as users groups) and Product development program (such as serving as Beta sites)
Qualifications

·       Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant experience

·       5-10+ years of selling experience in professional services and software sales or related industry, with emphasis on new business development 

·       Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goal

·       Results oriented, resourceful problem-solver, comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced, high growth sales environment

·       Client focus (internal and external) with a strong client service mentality

·       Sharp familiarity and proven adherence to industry standard enterprise software sales methodologies

·       Experience maintaining outstanding and pristine CRM data for your strategic accounts

·       Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Ability to influence, network and engage at the executive level (CIO/CTO, CFO, CMO, Risk Partner, etc.)  

·       Track record of meeting short, medium and longer-term territory nurturing, cultivating and advancement objectives.

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Proven track record of strategic account planning and execution

·       Strong appetite for continuous learning and acceptance of a high performing, change oriented team environment

·       Efficient time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills

·       Strong leader, self-starter, team player, and a relentless over-achiever with unimpeachable integrity

·       Responsible, reliable, and honest

·       Action oriented, comfortable with a weekly or monthly cadence of experimentation and course correction within the broad context of our quarterly planning process

·       Extensive regional travel is required in this role.
