About the role:
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What you will be doing:

  • Building relationships with stakeholders to educate small to midsized business owners about FIS products and services.

  • Selling Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions, leveraging expertise to meet client needs.

  • Developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding existing accounts.

  • Acting as a hunter, generating leads and proactively seeking new business opportunities.

  • Designing and implementing a sales strategy, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining the sales pipeline.

What you will need:

  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Experience presenting to CEO/CIO/COO and other senior executives, demonstrating a strong executive presence.

  • Proven experience in selling Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong lead generation and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential.
