About you:  

As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
 

Day-to-day, you will:  

Prospecting and Target Achievement - Identify and qualify potential prospects through both outbound and inbound channels, whilst achieving personal KPIs and contributing to wider sales team targets
 

Revenue Generation and Growth - Drive new revenue within the existing customer base through group expansions and referrals, whilst maintaining awareness of emerging markets and competitive positioning
 

Sales Performance Management - Review personal sales performance regularly and provide accurate monthly target commitments to support strategic planning and forecasting
 

Strategic Sales Support - Assist the Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with implementing sales strategy and staying informed about new products, market shifts, and competitive pricing
 

Team Collaboration and Development - Work collaboratively to build trust and respect within the team, share improvement ideas, and support ongoing training initiatives for both personal and team development
 

Administrative Compliance - Ensure effective completion of all administration, maintain proficiency with CRM and sales software tools, and adhere to departmental SOPs and company policies
 

Your skills and experiences might also include:   
 

  • Experience in a SaaS Sales role
     
  • Operations experience at a manager level in the hospitality industry, preferably in the F&B sector, is desirable
     
  • Experience using front of house hospitality software
     
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
     
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
