Sales Executive - HORECA (YLTC Sdn. Bhd.) - Bukit Bintang, KL

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain close contact with existing or new outlets with effective service at all time.

• Stay active and alert to industry trends, competitors, market conditions to identify new opportunities and

• competitive advantages.

• To develop and open new accounts to achieve sales target.

• Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand customers needs and develop customized proposals and solutions.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communications.

• Proficiency in languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin is useful to widen their client base.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales/client servicing/business development/key account experience, preferably in FMCG industries.

• Computer literate with strong analytical mind and result oriented.

• Effective presentation skills and demonstrate good business acumen.

• Good communication skill with ability to manage a team of sales personnel.

• Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.

• Must possess a cheerful, positive attitude and mindset.
